Born out of the passion of Eric Nicolas for vines and wines, as well as the discovery of a sense of vocation after many adventures, the Bellivière domain was created from scratch in 1995. The estate has 15 hectares and has a strong wine making philosophy based on an ever increasingly sharpened sense of observation.

All the vineyards have been cultivated organically since 2005 and have been certified as biodynamic since the 2011 vintage (Biodyvin group). All treatments are organic. Throughout the year the vines are looked after manually. The harvest is manual to respect the integrity of the grape and to allow sorting as appropriate or necessary. The wines are made entirely in barrel, exclusively using indigenous yeasts, fermenting at the natural temperature of their tufa caves.
