Tastings Notes |
|
Limpidly clear, the pale yellow colour of the wine gives off shiny reflections. The nose is an exhalation of great aromatic complexity with the presence of fruit: pears, white peaches, lychees, white blossom scents, acacia and broom, and brioche on top of the toasted bread aroma from the barrels. In mouth, the first impression is wholehearted and concentrated. The olfactory sensations are then confirmed with all the aromas of butter, hazelnuts, ripe fruit and toast. A magnificent complexity and a long finish that will delight anyone who is an amateur of fine white wines. |
